We offer a new experiential tourism program designed to promote both mental and physical well‑being, set in the Rubeshibe area of Kitami City in inland Okhotsk, with a special focus on the Onneyu Onsen district. This area is blessed with remarkable resources, including forestry, woodcraft, abundant forest assets, and a historic hot spring that once supported the growth of the former Rubeshibe Town. We have created a stay‑type travel program that embraces the region’s deep‑rooted culture and resources, incorporating winter landscapes, the distinctive cold of Okhotsk—all from a wellness perspective that values both mental and physical well‑being.

This experience program was developed by AIRDO Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Kitami City and local companies and organizations. AIRDO operates flights to airports across Hokkaido and carries out various community‑based initiatives under its corporate philosophy of ‘contributing to the development of local communities as the Wings of Hokkaido. Memanbetsu Airport, the nearest airport to the Onneyu area, is served by flights to and from Tokyo (Haneda). From February 1 to March 7, the number of flights will increase to three round trips per day. We invite you to fly with AIRDO and visit the Okhotsk–Onneyu area this winter.
